SL10 Water-cooled Oil Press

The Hanhuang SL10 is a water-cooled oil press built for long, continuous cold-pressing runs at 10-20 kg/h. Instead of relying on air cooling alone, the SL10 connects to a dedicated industrial chiller: circulating water carries pressing heat away, so chamber temperature stays low shift after shift and delicate oils keep their natural color, aroma and nutrients.

Key Advantages:

1. Water-Cooled Chamber: continuous water cooling holds pressing temperature down during extended runs, protecting heat-sensitive seeds such as black seed, grape seed and rosehip.

2. Dedicated Chiller Control: the matching industrial chiller holds water between 5 and 80°C at a 15 L/min flow, and one chiller can be paired with up to three oil presses.

3. True Continuous Pressing: 10-20 kg/h of back-to-back batches without long cooldown pauses.

4. Mobile and Workshop-Ready: the press and the chiller both sit on casters, so the pair moves easily around the oil room.
