Product Overview​ 

The DongDuBao DF-01​ is a compact vacuum filtration unit designed to sit right next to your mini or commercial oil press. Using negative-pressure suction, it quickly strips away fine meal, oxidized particles, and suspended solids from crude edible oil—so you can bottle clearer, better-looking oil the same day you press it.

Integrated Heating Plate:​ 360° aluminum heating keeps oil fluid in cooler months, preventing wax blockages common with unheated filters.

Press-Ready Pairing:​ Sized to match DongDuBao BOZY-01G, S01, and similar small expellers straight off the press.

How Vacuum Filtration Works​ 

Crude oil drops into the sealed chamber. The vacuum pump creates negative pressure, pulling oil through layered filter media while trapping fines and colloids above. Clarified oil collects below, ready for immediate use or light bottling.

Compatible Oils​ 

Peanut, sesame, sunflower, soybean, rapeseed, flaxseed, coconut, and walnut crude oil.
