The DongDuBao Plate & Frame Oil Filter​ is an intermittent pressure filtration unit built for small to mid-size edible oil workshops. Using a transfer pump for primary feeding and an air pump for final residual recovery, it maximizes oil yield while delivering consistently clear, shelf-stable oil. The full 304 stainless construction ensures hygienic, corrosion-free operation across daily production runs.

How It Works​ 

The plate and frame filter press is an intermittent pressure filtration unit. Crude oil is fed by a transfer pump​ under differential pressure; the liquid phase passes through filter cloth into drainage channels while solids form a filter cake​ on the media surface. After the main filtration cycle, an air pump​ draws off residual oil from the cake and cloth—maximizing oil recovery yield before the frames are opened for cake discharge and media refresh.
